Welcome to Animagic. Animagic is an AI video creation app for Android. You can upload a photo, write a creative prompt, and turn your image into a short video. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, how we keep it safe, and what choices you have. We wrote this document in plain language so you can understand our practices without difficulty.

Animagic does not collect user facial information. We do not use face recognition, face tracking, or facial biometric analysis. We do not build face templates, face maps, or face identity profiles from your photos or videos. If an image you upload happens to include a face, we treat it only as part of the picture you chose for video creation—not as facial data to identify you.

By installing or using Animagic, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and stop using our services.

1. About Animagic and This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who uses Animagic, including people who only browse the App and people who create videos. The App includes features such as image upload, prompt input, video generation, a works gallery, and a profile page with settings and policy links.

Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean the Animagic app team. "You" and "your" mean the person using the App on their device. "Service" means all features and content provided inside Animagic.

Again, for clarity: we do not collect user facial information at any stage—when you open the App, when you pick a photo, when we process your request, or when we store your results on your phone.

2. Our Privacy Principles

Animagic is built around a few simple privacy ideas:

• Collect only what we need: We gather information that helps the App work, such as the image and text you submit for generation, basic device details for stability, and local settings on your phone.
• No facial data collection: We do not collect user facial information, and we do not offer face login, face matching, or face-based advertising.
• You stay in control of local content: Your saved works live on your device. You can delete them inside the App.
• No selling of personal data: We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks.
• Clear purpose: Information is used to run video generation, show your works, and improve reliability—not for unrelated profiling.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Animagic. We never collect user facial information as a separate category, and we do not extract facial features from your uploads for identification or tracking.

3.1 Content You Choose to Provide

• Images you select: Photos you pick from your gallery to use as the source image for AI video creation. These images are used only to generate the video you requested. We do not scan them to collect user facial information.
• Text prompts and settings: The description you type, optional style chips, aspect ratio (such as 9:16, 16:9, or 1:1), style tags (such as Anime, 3D, Cyberpunk, Realistic), and motion/frame rate settings you choose on the Create screen.
• Generated works: Videos created for you, cover thumbnails, the prompt used, processing status (Processing, Success, or Failed), and the time each work was created. This information is stored on your device so you can view and manage your gallery.

When you upload a portrait or group photo, Animagic processes the full image as a whole picture for animation purposes. We do not collect user facial information from that image, and we do not use facial points to recognize who someone is.

3.2 Information Stored on Your Device

• Privacy consent status: Whether you have agreed to this Privacy Policy on first launch.
• App preferences: Settings needed for the App to remember your choices during normal use.

This local data stays on your phone unless you delete it or uninstall the App. Local storage does not include any database of user facial information because we do not create one.

3.3 Technical and Usage Information

• Device type and system version: Such as phone model and Android version, to help the interface display correctly and to fix compatibility issues.
• App version: The version of Animagic you are running, shown on the Profile screen.
• Feature activity: Basic signals like whether a generation started, succeeded, failed, or was cancelled—so we can show correct status in your works list and improve stability.
• Network status: The App needs internet access to send generation jobs and receive results; we do not use network data to collect user facial information.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

To be fully transparent, Animagic does not collect the following:

• User facial information: We do not collect user facial information, facial geometry, face prints, or face identity data. We do not perform face recognition or face verification.
• Contacts, SMS, or call logs: We do not read your address book, text messages, or phone call history.
• Precise GPS location: We do not track your real-time location for video creation.
• Live camera recording inside Animagic: You pick existing photos from your gallery; the App does not secretly record video from your front or back camera. We still do not collect user facial information from gallery photos.
• Microphone audio: Animagic does not record your voice for standard video generation features.
• Selling personal data: We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for clear, practical purposes related to the App:

• Video generation: To send your selected image and prompt to our AI processing partners and return a generated video. Processing uses the image as creative input only; we do not collect user facial information during this step.
• Works management: To show your videos in the Works tab, display status labels, and let you play, export, share, or delete items.
• App improvement: To fix crashes, improve speed, and make the Create, Works, and Profile screens more reliable.
• Safety: To reduce spam, abuse, and repeated harmful use of generation features.

We do not use your content to train a face database, and we do not use your photos to identify you by face. We do not collect user facial information for advertising or user profiling.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to run Animagic. We do not share user facial information because we do not collect it.

6.1 AI Video Generation Partners

When you tap "Generate Video," your image (usually sent as encoded image data) and your prompt are transmitted to AI service providers that power video creation. They process your request only to produce the video you asked for. They are not given permission to use your content for face identification, and we do not send user facial information as a separate data type—because we do not collect it in the first place.

After processing is complete, partners delete or clear temporary copies according to their operational schedules. Animagic does not ask partners to perform face analysis on your uploads.

7. Where Your Data Is Stored

7.1 On Your Android Device

Most of your Animagic data lives on your phone:

• Generated video files and cover images in app storage.
• Work list details (prompt, status, paths, creation time).
• Privacy acceptance flag and app preferences.

You can delete individual works from the Works screen. Uninstalling Animagic removes app data from your device unless you have copied files elsewhere. None of this local storage contains a dedicated file of user facial information.

7.2 On Servers Used for Generation

Your image and prompt must reach AI servers to create a video. Server copies are kept only for a short time needed to complete the job, handle errors, and maintain service quality. We do not instruct servers to store user facial information separately from the image you submitted for that single task.

8. How Long We Keep Information

• On your device: Kept until you delete a work or uninstall the App.
• On AI processing servers: Kept only for the time needed to finish your generation request and related technical logs, then removed or cleared on a regular schedule.

Because we do not collect user facial information, we also do not retain long-term face records.

9. App Permissions

Animagic may ask for the following Android permissions:

• Read media / storage access: So you can choose a photo from your gallery and save exported videos. This access is used only for the files you select or save—not to scan your entire library for faces. We do not collect user facial information from gallery access.
• Internet access: So the App can connect to AI generation services and check task status.
• Network state (if requested): To show better messages when you are offline.

You can turn off permissions in Android Settings. Some features may not work without the related permission. Turning off permissions does not cause Animagic to start collecting user facial information—we still do not collect it.

10. Security Measures

We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

• We use secure network connections (HTTPS) when sending generation requests where supported.
• We limit access to operational systems to team members who need it for maintenance.
• We design the App to store personal works locally on your device by default.
• We do not store user facial information, which reduces sensitive biometric risk.

Please also protect your device with a screen lock and keep your Android system updated. If you believe someone else used your phone to access Animagic, delete suspicious works from the Works tab.

11. Your Choices and Controls

You have practical ways to control your data in Animagic:

• Choose what to upload: Only upload images you are comfortable using for video creation. Avoid uploading sensitive personal photos if you do not want them processed. Remember: we do not collect user facial information, but your full image is still used as creative input.
• Delete works: Remove videos you no longer want from the Works tab.
• Manage permissions: Change gallery and network permissions in Android Settings.
• Stop using the App: Uninstall Animagic to remove local app data from your device.

12. Third-Party Services

Animagic may open sharing options to other apps on your device when you export or share a video. Those apps have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies when you use them. Animagic itself still does not collect user facial information when you return to our App.

13. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features or improve privacy explanations. When we update it, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Important changes may also be mentioned inside the App. If you continue using Animagic after an update, that means you accept the new version of this policy.

Even when this policy changes, our core commitment remains: we do not collect user facial information.
